Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist position at Cokesbury Village in Hockessin DE. In this role, you will be responsible to provide Physical Therapy services to residents including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual patient treatments, discharge planning and perform other related duties as required.

Education & Experience: The critical skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the functions of the position are normally obtained thru:

• Education Level: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Master’s Degree preferred, valid physical therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility rehab environment preferred. Experience in adult neurologic, cardiac, and/or general rehabilitation preferred.
