Receptionist/Customer Service Job Opening

Love animals? Come join our growing team! We are hiring two compassionate energetic people to fill the position of veterinary receptionist and veterinary cleaner.

The ideal receptionist candidate will be able to communicate efficiently, provide exemplary customer service and have excellent computer and clerical skills. Must be an animal lover, highly motivated, efficient and able to multitask. Must be physically able to lift 30 pounds safely. Our ideal candidate for the receptionist position will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-year of job-related customer service experience and 1-year experience working in a veterinary or medical practice.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
• Other duties as requested
