Medical Assistant Job Opening

We are an urgent care with offices in the Auburn, Alabama area; we offer an alternative to overcrowded emergency rooms and provide patients with a more pleasant experience when seeking urgent medical care.

We are looking for a TEAM PLAYER, energetic and enthusiastic Medical Assistant for our Southeast Alabama locations with a minimum of 1 year related experience as a Medical Assistant. This is a part-time or full-time position.

Pre-requisite:

Medical Assistant training and certification / Medical Assistant training, ability to multi-task, a team player, customer service focus, a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Medical Assistant: Taking BP, measuring height/weight recording the chief complaint and all vitals in the EMR system phlebotomy and IV skills able to perform EKGs and administer injections x-ray experience a must calling patient back must be computer literate answering the phones and some front desk duties as needed.

AL state license
