RN Supervisor - House Supervisor Job Opening

Position Summary:

The Administrative Supervisor is a licensed professional registered nurse responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Administrative Supervisor directs and guides care and treatment of patients, patient and family education, coordination and management of continuum of care/ discharge planning. The Administrative Supervisor ensures that recommendations from ancillary professionals are followed and care is coordinated with other departments. The Administrative Supervisor maintains standards of professional nursing practice and standards of patient care established by the hospital.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Education

Degree/Diploma

BSN Required (or in process)

Minimum Work Experience:

Years of Experience

2 + year of acute care experience required

Critical Care experience helpful. Charge Nurse experience highly desired.

Required License:

RN

Must have South Carolina or Multi-State Compact Licensure.

Certifications:

ACLS - Mandatory - withn first year of employment

PALS - Mandatory - within first year of employment
