POSITION SUMMARY
Assists Laboratory personnel and Medical Staff in obtaining blood specimens from hospital inpatients, outpatients, Emergency Care patients and Nursing Home patients. Also to assist Laboratory personnel with general laboratory functions. The Phlebotomist-Lab Assistant is expected to support the mission, vision, and values of Olathe Medical Center, Inc.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Phlebotomy experience preferred

SKILLS:
Equipment: Safety Blood Collection Equipment (Vacutainer System, Eclipse Needles, Butterflies) and Safety Equipment
