Rehabilitation Technician / Health Unit Coordinator Job Opening

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Education: On the job training in the use of various equipment and in departmental methods and procedures. Some hospital attendant experience is desirable. Must be capable of verbal and written communication to understand instructions regarding the set up and operation of equipment as well as to facilitate patient care.

Training and Experience: On-the job training to learn department procedures.

Job Knowledge: Must be capable of following standard procedures and detailed instructions when assisting or scheduling patients and setting up equipment.

Prepares patients and equipment for therapy. Assists therapist in administering treatments and carries out orders for treatments. Performs tasks to maintain department in an orderly condition.
