About the Opportunity:
Rock Creek of Ottawa, a busy post-acute rehabilitation facility, is currently seeking a full time Physical Therapist to help us build something great in the community. Our beautiful campus includes 93 skilled nursing beds, 71 assisted living units and 24 independent living units and offers huge opportunity to create and implement both inpatient, specialty, and outpatient programs.
