Case Manager - Part Time Job Opening

Consults, advocates and provides services for individuals with intellectual and related disabilities. Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree from an accredited university or college or licensure from the South Carolina Labor and Licensing and Regulation Board as a Registered Nurse and at least one (1) year of experience working with the target population. Must have excellent organizational skills, documentation and written and verbal communication skills.
