ER Tech, FT, Nights Job Opening

The Emergency Department Technician/Phlebotomist will provide clerical and clinical support to the Emergency Department. The Emergency Department Technician will be key in maintaining quality customer service standards and assisting in the flow of information within the department. A strong understanding of ProMEd and Emergency Department operations will be key. Performs venipunctures, heelsticks, and fingersticks to obtain blood samples for testing purposes.

Properly identifies patients and follows procedures for collection of specimens. Performs other related functions as assigned.
