SUPERVISOR: Recovery Services Coordinator QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree in a mental health related field2 years post-master experience in behavioral healthValid AL Driver’s LicenseExcellent 5-year Motor Vehicle Record, Reliable TransportationMinimum of $300,000/$100,000/$50,000 Personal Automobile Liability Insurance (Mandatory)Must attend Adult Supervisory Case Management TrainingMust attend SOAR trainingExcellent oral and written communication skills,Knowledge of community agencies and resourcesDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide oversight to the daily operation of Bridge ProgramProvide oversight to outreach initiatives: Zero FeeProvide oversight to Homeless Initiative in the CommunityProvide oversight for SOAR and Oat InitiativesComplete ISP reviewsVisit clients in their environment to assess progress towards goalsPrimary therapist for Bridge Program for caseload up to 40Lead Team Booster activitiesReview and edit timeclockProvide oversight and management to Recovery Services when Coordinator is absentProvide clinical supervision to InternsFacilitate trainings to clinical staffProvide clinical assessments (intake and after care assessments) and individual / group therapyProvide Crisis Intervention and Resolution as required to include non-traditional hoursAssist client in establishing and maintaining a social support system/networkProvide instruction and assistance to clients regarding Basic Living Skills or other needsMaintain high quality, timely documentation as required through DMH/Medicaid/Center StandardsFacilitate Bridge Team treatment team meetings and case load rundownsPromote good communications with Coordinator and throughout departmentEnsure compliance with external administrative and clinical standards of care, applicable laws, including DMH, Medicaid and State/Federal LawsTransport clients as necessaryComplete other duties as assigned by the Recovery Services CoordinatorJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Management: 1 year (Preferred)Behavioral Health: 2 years (Required)Education:Master's (Required)License:Driver's License (Preferred)
